Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT. Applicable taxes and the final total are shown in Paddle checkout before payment. Annual and three-year plans are charged in full for their billing period.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period unless canceled before the current term ends. Manage cancellation and payment details through the billing link in your Cloud license. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the term.

Your license appears in the Cloud account used for checkout after payment is processed. Payment is handled by Paddle. This is a digital software subscription; no hardware is shipped with this purchase.
Existing software
Open your license in Cloud, copy its Legacy Activation Code and enter it in Designer. Assigning a license in Cloud alone does not activate older software.
Cloud-enabled software
With a release that supports Cloud certificates, link your server and assign the license. The software retrieves its certificate automatically. The same license supports upgrading the same server.
License status and certificate expiry are separate: certificates renew while the license remains eligible. Already issued certificates retain their own expiry date. Get your activation code from Cloud; an activation-code email is not currently sent for Cloud purchases.
Refund policy & withdrawal
Our existing Terms of Service, section 10 and regional addenda describe withdrawal and refund rights. EU/UK consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal period. For digital content, loss of that right requires express consent to immediate access and acknowledgment of the loss. Other statutory rights remain applicable.
